Since 1999, we have roasted hand-crafted, small-batch coffees, focusing on sustainable farms and quality beans. Our beans are available throughout Maine, at Rock City Cafe, and on our website, but you are more than welcome to visit the roasterie Monday thru Friday to watch the roasting process as well as buy beans, brewed coffee, and pastries.
